Welcome to LakeMom’s Scout Notes! I enjoy working with girls & adults to help make Girl Scouting fun, challenging & enjoyable! We have so many people on the Internet that are creating things for leaders & girls to do within Girl Scouts, I wanted a place that I could find it all so I created a website to do that!

Rachel, I’m sorry for the inconvenience! I’ve been trying to scan my own cookie boxes to recreate the page – but the boxes and my scanner are not the same size! I will try to upload a file for the cookie boxes and let you know!

i am a scout from nigeria ; a trpaol leader,and i wish could be there at the jamboree,but from all indications right now i can say that i am very impressed with the preparations taking place to ensure a successful jamboree,kudos!! to scouting world wide
Do you have an RSS reader feed where all your posts go before they are archived? I would love to add this site to my reader … thanks so much for such a great GS site … I’m from DC and see you are headed here … have a fabulous time!!!
Liz, Thanks for the great feedback! I’m so glad you like the site! I am still very new to the blogging world and haven’t “figured” out the RSS readerfeed – yet! I hope to get that connection soon! I think I have finally figured out the RSS feed or newsletter “thing”! You can sign up and find out about new posts via BlogLovin’. There is a button attached with every new post. You can also sign up for a newsletter. It is at the top of the page in the column to the left! Thanks for reading!

I am a GS leader in NC. Found this website looking for SWAPS ideas while getting ready for out annual “Leaderee”. Such great ideas!!! Thanks for sharing, hope you don’t mind if I do.

I don’t mind at all! I am also in NC (P2P!) and have attended MANY Leaderees! I’m missing this year’s event. I might try to attend next year’s Leaderee. It’s run by some wonderful volunteers – take a minute to thank them for their hard work! Maybe I’ll see you at a NC GS event soon!
